WCFM Setup

Good Day,

Id just like to understand the setup configuration else if you can point me to any documentation, is there only one Courier Guy account which all vendors use the store owners account to process courier collections/deliveries or do they have their own account otherwise how does it work? Does courier guy use the vendors store location in order to correctly calculate shipping costs?
