    Why are you guys so poor on Support?

    All your channels(Pre-Sales Question etc ) are not working, and it destroys confidence in you guys.

    Even though it looks like you guys have created a good product, your lack of support makes it all look useless.

    Can you guys please make the Pre-Sales Question Form to be functional?
