WC Vendors settings page – Compliance checks compulsory?

    Dear Team,

    We are using Mangopay with WC Vendors for our Woocommerce marketplace. On the Vendor Settings page where they can enter their bank account details, I see there is also an option to upload ID proof to “complete the compliance checks”

    We have spoken to Mangopay and they have confirmed this is not a requirement by Mangopay. So, could you kindly confirm if this is optional and will WC Vendors commission payouts work even if vendors haven’t uploaded any ID?

    Hello,

    MANGOPAY does require ID proof for certain operation to be executed.
    You could be blocked depending on your contract and country of incorporation.
