‘wc-stripe-blocks-integration’ has been deactivated

I know this exact same issue has popped up a few times over the past few years. Those topics are closed for responses at this point.
I’ve started getting the following errors over the past couple of weeks. Everything is up-to-date and I’m not using the WooCommerce Blocks plugin.
Any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
