System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

May I ask, are you using the Giftcards feature from Square? You can check this by going to your WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Square (Manage) → Gift Card settings → is the Enable Gift Cards box ticked? And do you wish to use this feature?

If you check your media library do you find only one gift card placeholder image or more than one?

We have an open bug report for the Gift Card placeholder image being generated for some sites, even though the feature is not in use. I’m adding your case to this report so we can inform you as soon as we get more details. You can learn more about it here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-square/issues/30.
