WC Shortcodes Settings Page Available to Subscribers

In testing WC Shortcodes (version 1.21) I found that users assigned the role “subscriber” can see the settings menu in the WordPress Dashboard.
Here is a link to a screenshot of what a subscriber sees.
Apparently, the subscriber is unable to save any changes to the settings, but there is no valid reason for displaying them in the first place. I hope you’ll consider fixing this bug in the next version.
