Instead of renaming it, just use the code to unset the tab, here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#removing-tabs

Otherwise, if you’d like to keep it, but just hide the heading, then please provide us with a link to that page so we can take a closer look and provide some CSS code
