WC Product Filter does not work

Sorry I had to disable the Widget, because I tried the version 1.2.0 of your plugin to see if the problem was still present.
And unfortunately, there is still the same problem.

On my site, in the “shop” menu, there is 2 shortcode connected to WC product Filter.

The 1st is “boite de vitesse”, there are only 2 choices and the plugin does not sort by the two choices.

And below there is the filter “marque”, I think it’s a bug in your plugin because this filter shows no possibility when I turn on the option to display the hierchie on WC Product Filter.

Could you try Product Filter with another theme (eg. Twenty Nineteen)? Sometimes the issue is compatibility with the theme. You can check our working demo with Storefront theme: https://themify.me/demo/themes/wc-product-filter/ (Storefront is a popular theme by WooCommerce).

I found a theme that accepts your plugin, but I think it bug.
When I want to display a filter with the hiarchie, it has only the title of the filter that appears.

I would like your filter to work like the WooCommerce filter that is in the Shop category.

Indeed in the menu shop, there is your filter “marque” and I would like that function as the filter woocommerce “CATEGORIES DES PRODUITS”

I Have the same problem. Plugin works on storefront theme but I can not use the plugin on my own Theme. What can I do with my Theme to apply Your plugin and what can I do for plugin getting work?

@dawidczech94 On your site, the WooCommerce products are not generated by WooCommerce plugin: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuv1ZR5. Did you custom code it? That could be the reason why it doesn’t work because product filter is probably looking for the WooCommerce generated HTML markups.

Maybe this is the reason ??
I try to fix this by using the plugin options in editing my custom filter and when I try to use option to display as “Links” – the plugins works fine, but when I use option “checkbox” to display something goes wrong… I need to try change function from links and put a part of code to display as checkbox to display colors icons ?? maybe this operation give me the result what i need ??

@dawidczech94 Try to keep the WooCommerce product HTML markup as default as generated by WooCommerce. I believe that is how product filter works. It only detect the WooCommerce HTML markups.
