    Hello Support-Team,

    after deactivating the PayPal PLUS für WooCommerce, I installed your plugin, activated it, filled the credentials and settings, but the Checkout does not show the payment options. Any idea?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    The issue you reported can be caused by many things, so without seeing the settings pages, it is hard to advise you on this.

    Firstly, I would ask you to make sure that all account fields are populated. Please make sure the fields (Email address, Merchant ID, Client ID and Secret Key) are all entered. Also, I would advise you to always use the wizard to connect your account to the plugin and only use the manual option as a last resort.

    If this does not help, I would need to review your system report, in order to give you any further response. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk.
