I’m attempting to export from a subdomain site and the exporter is getting “stuck”. Developer tool is showing the following error:

    POST “[subdomain.domain]”.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true 403 (Forbidden)

Previously I’ve removed all products from the subdomain site and then bulk synced from the main site.

I’m able to successfully export from the main site..no problem. I’m attempting find out why the filter is not finding the product tags on this one subdomain vs the other subdomain with the same synced products.

fyi…I replaced the actual subdomain and domain with “[subdomain.domain]”. This isn’t actually in the error. ??

    update here.

Managed to wipe out all products from all subdomains, then synced each with the main sites products. Success!

However, when I go to update the products using a csv import…not touching category field…one of my subdomains doesn’t keep the product categories. The categories are there, in the Products > Categories menu but all of the product designations are stripped from the products in this one site.

What setting do I have misconfigured?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I need to learn a bit more about your website setup. It would be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Best,
