• When adding something into the cart – and trying to checkout – one gets this message:

    Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

    Moneris is integrated properly.

    We are using this same plugin on another one of our websites. It is working fine.

    The only thing that is different is that lyranara.com had it’s WooCommerce updated to Version 4.0.1 – which was noted as a substantial change.

    Herbeso has NOT been updated to the new WooCommerce version and is working fine.

    What do you suggest? Do we need to look at a different plugin?

    Thank you for reaching out to me!

    WC Moneris Payment Gateway plugin is fully compatible with version 4.0.1 and I have just placed an order without any issue with the same address that you have shared in the screenshot. Are you using any cache plugin or some optimization plugins as well? Can you clear cache, and temporarily disable both cache and the other plugins and then save the api settings again and see if that makes any difference?
