    Your platform here seems to tick all the boxes so sorry if I seem vague, I am just trying to wrap my head around the process and ensure this is the solution we have been hoping for.

    I am enquiring on behalf of a client to assist with split payment integration on their WordPress/Woocommerce website. The website is currently held up in production because of the way they want their website to split payments. It is a Marketplace style eCommerce Store so there are Sellers, Buyers, Postage and commission to site owner.

    Please note the following:
    1) They are unable to use the Paypal Adaptive Payment system because Paypal will not approve them as merchants without 6 months of financials which is counterintuitive they cannot provide until the website is live and has been trading for 6 months – with a functioning payment gateway
    2) They moved to Stripe – however Stripe requires each vendor to have it’s own account and subscription which the owner of the website will need to bear the cost of and is not willing to do so
    3) They are using the Woocommerce Platform
    4) The payment gateway they are wanting will need to function in the following way:
    a.) Vendor purchases membership from website owner (straight forward monthly subscription) sets up profile and adds items
    b) Buyer registers for free and purchases item/s off vendor
    c) Buyers payment is processed and approved (deemed not fraudulent by merchant I assume or is there a built in feature in this platform?)
    c) Payment for item is split off into 3 directions:
    1: Commission % to Website Owner
    2: Shipping
    3: Balance of sale after shipping and commission to buyer
    preferably instantly i.e to their nominated paypal account, Google
    Pay/Apple Pay or Bank account

    Can your platform provide this to my client, if so, can we employ your team to install, test and launch it?

    Using our core plugin WC Marketplace, you can create your multi-vendor site. However, vendors are free to join your site.

    Now as you need the vendors to pay for memberships, for this you may use our addon WCMp Vendor Membership . You can check the flow in our demo too.

    Buyers can be registered freely, and purchase items. Now, using our addon WCMp Stripe Marketplace you can pay the vendors instantly.

    Now, stripe does charge a transaction fee, but if you set the Stripe mode as Direct: https://prnt.sc/rb998h. If you are using direct mode, this will send vendors their own money and admin will only receive their part of the commission.

    I need a bit of help from you to explain this flow “Balance of sale after shipping and commission to buyer. preferably instantly i.e to their nominated paypal account, Google Pay/Apple Pay or Bank account”. Do you want to pay the buyers too?
