wc-logs is empty

Hi,
after installing the plugin doesn’t create the folder wc-logs. Not in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/logs/ nor /wc-logs/
Also after creating them manually on the server there are no log files. Even after an error.What am i doing wrong?
