WC Form handling

I’m trying to understand how Woocommerce handles form submission. For e.g., the lost password form. After the user enters their username/email and click “reset password”, the page refreshes and a query gets added to the url.

What is the function that gets fired after the click event? The form itself doesn’t have the “action” attribute, which usually suggests what gets triggered upon submission. I’m looking through the source code but can’t seem to find it.
