WC customer download problem

Hi!

I wonder if you could check with your hosting company to see whether there’s a limit on downloadable file size? There’s no specific limit set by WooCommerce. Your host may be able to extend the limit for you.

You can view download reports within WooCommerce Analytics. Here’s information on what data you can see there.

I’d also suggest you take a look in your site logs at WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs to see if there are any site errors reported there. There’s more information here about PHP error logs and enabling debug mode.
