This would require some tweaking to WooCommerce , while you may use the shortcode [basic-user-avatars]
it won’t be required during checkout and may not fit the style of checkout or show at the right time.
A local WordPress developer or freelancer may be able to help advise you further on how to achieve this via a plugin or custom code for WooCommerce.
I recommend putting this on the “My Account” page for WooCommerce to let customers upload their avatar at any point in time as an alternative solution that doesn’t require any customizations.
