    Ticking/unticking excluded statuses in analytics settings and save, it doens’t seem to have any effect refreshing the Analytics => Overview or Orders pages. Tried WooCommerce => Status => Tools => Clear Analytics Cache several times, didn’t help.

    On WooCommerce version 9.3.3

    What am I missing?

    I understand about the issue you’re experiencing with the analytics settings. This is quite unusual that it is happening to you.

    However, could you please help us understand the statuses you had excluded, and what was included in the results? This way, we can have a clear understanding if this is an issue related to caches or not.

    Hi @wpshushu,

    Thank you for sharing the statuses with us. Looking at the screenshot, I’m able to notice some custom statuses. Just curious, did you already have the chance to clear your cache and test again?

    On the other hand, it seems that you’re using a plugin to setup custom statuses, is that correct? If that’s the case, I’d recommend only having WooCommerce and the plugin you used as the only active plugin, then check if you’re able to find different results.
