“wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments” slowing my WP admin and website

Hi,

I have a lot of executions caused by requests related to “wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments” process which caused speed problems with my website.

I am not a tech person so could you please explain in simple language if you have a fix for that and how to do it?
