Could you please try updating the plugin to the latest version? Yesterday, we launched v2.14.6 which addresses an issue with wc_get_cart_url()?introduced in WooCommerce version 9.3.

I have the same problem. I’m on the most current version of both WC and WP Menu Cart, and it’s still showing it. Here’s the site:
