    Hi there!

    Thanks for contacting us.

I understand you are getting 500 error status on WC Ajax requests on the checkout page.

From the error log you shared, it looks like this issue is coming from the Godaddy plugin which is added by your web host Godaddy.

If you don’t see a way to disable the plugin from your dashboard, I’d suggest getting in touch with Godaddy support for help regarding this.

    I hope this helps! ??

Hi @kaushiksomaiya Could you please let me know which plugin should be disable?

    Hi @hungvuviet

    which plugin should be disable?

Are you having a plugin called mwc-core?

If not, then can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can confirm? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you @margaretwporg . It seems there is no plugin like that listed as report below but I found it in this path: www/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/mwc-core. I think it is Godaddy’s error, not Woocomerce but Godaddy’s people can not help.

Thank all of you. I really appreciate your help. I moved the website out of GoDaddy and Woocommerce worked well. So that’s the problem with their mwc-core. This thread should be closed.
