    Hi there,

500 errors, or fatal errors as they are also called, should be logged in the WooCommerce Fatal Errors log. You can access those by going to WP Admin ? WooCommerce ? Status ? Logs, and then selecting the one that starts with “fata-errors-” and the relevant date, from the dropdown on the right.

If there are no such logs, or they do not contain any info, then you should be able to retrieve a server-level error log from your hosting account. Reach out to their support if you need help locating it.

Either way, reply with the errors here, so that we can we have a closer look. At the same time, also include your System Status Report. To find it, go to WooCommerce ? Status, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”, to paste in your response.
