WC abandoned cart

  • I have installed the plugin WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery. This plugin says is compatible with it, but the automatic emails are not working.

    How can a create a new template for an abandoned cart type? Can I do this with the free version or I have to upgrade?

    By “the automatic emails are not working”, did you mean the email can’t be published/selected/updated/customized? Or are they not sent?

    The plugin WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery – premium version can work with both free and premium version of ETC, so you can customize the abandoned cart emails with the free version.

    I can not see any ‘abandoned cart’ email type, so I can not designed it. I have checked your document on how to build these kind of emails, but I can not do it because I don’t see the option of create this type of email, just the regular ones (precessing order, cancel order, order on hold etc etc)

    Please make sure you’re using the premium version of the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin, only the premium version can work.
    In that case, please create a support ticket on the Support Forum of WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery for premium users. Our developers on the Forum will check this further.
