Hi, we have an installation with Woocommerce already in use (with several plugins) to sell registration tickets at some conferences.

The config is mainly done with plugins FooEvents for Woocommerce and Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce.

We would like to create a new flow with the same installation.

How to set a 1st step in which:
    – user chooses the type of subscription at different prices – we thought about a variable product to do this
    – this subscription could be bought only in quantity 1
    – the selection of this subscription excludes purchasing of the other subscription (the use can only buy one kind of subscription in a session)

Step 2: How to have conditional steps after this first steps? We mean that step 2 should be the choice a) (kind of sport kits and size) or the choice b) (kind of gadget kits)

What plugins and what configs do we need to set to reach these goals?

Many thanks to anyone who would like share its experience

    Hi @bobrock4,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you want to create a new flow for your WooCommerce installation, where users can only purchase one type of subscription per session, and subsequent steps are conditional based on the first step.

For the first step, to ensure that only one subscription can be purchased at a time, you can use the ‘Sold Individually’ option under the ‘Inventory’ tab in the product data settings.

In the second step, you can use a plugin like Conditional Checkout Fields & Edit Checkout Fields for WooCommerce to create conditional fields. This plugin helps display custom fields in different sections and apply conditional logic to streamline the checkout process.

Please note that the actual setup may require additional steps or different plugins based on your specific needs and the other plugins you have installed. I would recommend testing these configurations on a staging site before implementing them on your live site.
