WBW Product Filter PRO 2.4.8 doesn′t work

    Hello,

    on two my sites I installed WBW Product Filter PRO 2.4.3 and ad licence. Everything is ok.

    After actualization (through WordPress) of WBW Product Filter PRO from 2.4.3 to 2.4.8 PRO version is now free verzion without menu for adding licence code. Alle PRO funkcionalities are down to free funkcionalities

    Main free Product Filter by WBW plugin is in latest version 2.4.8.

    What doen′t work:

    • deactivation and activation WBW Product Filter PRO 2.4.8 do nothing (Filter is still in free version without adding licence code menu)

    What works

    • uninstall and new install WBW Product Filter PRO 2.4.3 what I received when I bought it.

    It is possible that during the update the Free version was deactivated but the pro version remained active at this moment; in this case, it happens that even if you activate the Free back, the License tab will not be available.

    Solution:

    • Deactivate Pro (addon).
    • Deactivate Free (base plugin)

    Activate again in the correct order:

    • Activate the Free version of the plugin first.
    • Activate the Pro addon after activating the Free version.

    Hello, your steps doesn′t help.

    I did steps in details:

    Solution:

    • Deactivate Pro (addon).
    • Deactivate Free (base plugin)

    Activate again in the correct order:

    • Activate the Free version of the plugin first. Free version was 2.4.8 -> then I did update to latest 2.4.9.
    • Activate the Pro addon after activating the Free version. My Pro addon was 2.4.3. -> then I did update to latest 2.4.9.

    Still same situation. Pro addon doesn′t work. Just free version.

    I sent request to support.
