WBS not working correctly to offer shipping cost

    Hello
    I have installed WBS plugin, and set shipping zones, however in the cart, when I order 1 or 2 units spare needles, shipping cost is correctly, but when I choose 3 or more, there is not WBS shipping option any more. I tried many times to change the zones,still failsure. Please kindly help when you can. thanks a lot.
    For now I only set shipping zones for New Zealand and Australia. PLS you may have a try.

    Thanks for your reply. Please see my updates below.

    1. WordPress: <5.3.2>, WooCommerce: <3.9.2 >, Weight Based Shipping: <5.3.3.1>, PHP: <version 5.7.23-23>.

    3. I’m testing it with the order:
    Item #1: <weight 1.1kg>, <shipping class express shipping>, <3>

    Total order weight: <3.3>
    Order subtotal: <price US$24>
    Shipping destination: <country New Zealand, state Auckland, zip/postal code 3062>

    4. I expect to see
    — Express Shipping: $67

    5. I do see instead:
    — No shipping options were found for 3062, New Zealand.

    Thank you for the details.

    Once you add third item, order subtotal becomes $24 what is above the Order Subtotal condition range $0-21.

    If you don’t need to match against total price of items in the cart, you can just leave Order Subtotal empty.
