Way to get users to accept privacy policy after update?

I have a website that accepted account registrations before using UM. As such, the people who registered before UM was installed didn’t ever accept the privacy policy.

Is there a way to ask users who have not accepted the policy to accept it the next time they visit the site (or the next time they log in).

Tangental to this question, I used to be able to see if they accepted the privacy policy when clicking “info” on the user page, but it’s no longer there. Did you guys remove it in a recent update? I don’t have an easy way to see if people have accepted or not.

Lastly, related to the original request… is there a ways to tell people on the site that we’ve updated the privacy policy? Or maybe a way to ask them to all accept again? That would solve out problem too.
