    HI,
Firstly thank you for creating a plugin with easy interface. My issue is that the quiz results are delivered to the spam folders of quiz takers. Is there a way to avoid that?
Also how to ask for not just email Id but also first name of the quiz takers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Try installing some of the free SMTP plugins to improve your emails delivery. This is not a problem of Watu.

You can ask for name as a required open-end question.

Thank you for replying. Will the name also be stored with the mailchimp subscription for the quiz taker?

No, I’m sorry, the free Watu does not support passing name to Mailchimp.

Even, the email-ids are not passed to mailchimp even though I’m using even Watu to Mailchimp plugin

We updated the plugin a month ago to work with Mailchimp and it works fine for us. I’m afraid I have no way to know what could be wrong in your case.

I just tested it again and it worked fine. Note that you have to confirm the email subscription unless you have selected the checkbox that confirmaiton is not required.

Thank you so much for the your support.
Alas, Although I am getting notified if someone takes the quiz, the mailchimp list says no subscribers and even the view results says taken 0 times.

Something might be causing fatal error. Enable SQL debug mode from WatuPro settings page and see if something appears on the screen when you submit a test. If not, check the server error log.

Hi, I realized that I checked the box that says “Don’t store any data / results of this quiz in the database.” Now, that I unchecked, quiz takers are getting subscribed. Can you please tell how can ask for name as a required open-end question.
