Watson doesn’t work on Internet Explorer

    Hey, guys!

    I’ve launched a chatbot using IBM Watson plug-in.
    As you all know Watson is amazing but I found that it doesn’t work in IE.
    What is wrong with IE?
    It works on Chrome, Opera and Edge perfectly!
    Any tips can you suggest?

    I use ie11 at the moment

    Unfortunately we do not support IE 11.

    IE is an outdated browser as Microsoft stopped supporting it in 2016. Only IE 11 should still be supported including security updates but it may stop soon too.

    We recommend using another browser like Edge browser. It works quite fine.

    If you have any other question, do not hesitate to ask them.
