• I noticed an entry from 8 months ago and again from 4 months ago expressing problems with opacity on graphic watermarks. I did not see a resolution.

I just installed this plugin to watermark images using an graphical watermark. I have the watermark image in .png. With the settings to “Fit”, offset to 0, and opacity at 100%, EITHER works, but isn’t usable as the watermark is far too strong.

Using the .png image, which has worked PERFECTLY for watermarking in other applications, I turned the opacity down to 15% and found that NO watermark was visible. I retried at 75%, 50% and 25%. In all cases, NO watermark was visible.

Is there some setting I”m unaware of to get this plugin to work? I created a .jpg version and could turn the opacity down, but as you’re aware, the jpg has a white background, which even at 15% is visible making it a poor choice for watermarking.

How do I make this plugin work with controllable opacity for the watermark?
