Watermark WordPress Plugin. Please Help

I was thinking of some sort of watermark encoder that didn’t leave a watermark on the true picture, but when someone copied the picture or used that picture on another website it showed your watermark on it. Like some sort of password for the picture in the form of a plugin and you load your pic up to it and into your posts. When someone copies it into their personal folder your watermark appears on the image. I like my images clean and not have people bothered by a watermark on it, but I would also like to have my images slightly protected by a watermark if someone does decide to take it.

Pretty much, I don’t want to advertise myself on my own site, but I do on other people’s sites.

Is this even possible? I might contact some people who already have watermark plugins for wordpress, or I might start on the project myself if I can’t find the people for it. Lemme know if you wanna help!
