Watermark scale for large images sizes

If option Watermark size is set to “scale”, watermark image is scaled also for large images sizes (large, full), and then the watermark looks ugly, he is enlarged.
In this case, watermark image should not be enlarged in my opinion. Or it should be an option for this case. For example: Scale to Smaller (Fit, Fill, Fit to Width, Fit to height).
