Watermark not working for Vendor

  • Hi
    The watermark does not show when uploading product by the vendor.
    It works when we upload product image as the administrator.
    Please advice.

    Hi, is the correct permission (user role) set on the watermark edit screen? There you can check who’s allowed to watermark pictures.

    Hi

    Yes, I have given permission to Editor, Author, Vendor and Shop Managers.
    But when i login as a vendor and upload with the watermark on, it uploads the image but doesn’t put the watermark logo on the uploaded image.

    Kindly advice.

    Are you using WooCommerce and upload via their interface?
