    Hi there,

    I try to set a watermark, but unfortunately it doesn’t work …

    After I select an image (Button “select image”), the image-url is put in the url-field automatically. The image/watermark is also shown in the preview-box on the right side.

    But, if I choose “Set Watermark” i get the error message:
    “Watermark could not be set. The image URL is incorrect.”

    I tried some different images … always the same error. I can take the url out of the url-field and open it with my browser: the image is schown.

    Do you have any idea, why it doesn’t work?

    I have the same problem. The program reports: “Watermark could not be set. The image URL is incorrect”. But when I call the image in the browser, it will be displayed correctly.
    In the meantime even the watermarks have disappeared in the already existing galleries, although they have already been shown once
    What can I do?

    Hi,

    We checked the problem on your website and found that it is actually originated in your website hosting.

    Please contact your hosting provider and let them know that the watermark image is blocked. When we open it directly, it works, however, on your website it is not displayed. We cannot make getimagesize to work on your website.

    We hope your hosting provider will soon find out what’s blocking the image.
