Watermark disappeared

    Hi
    Had no problems with watermark since we installed WPPA+ about 3 months ago. Now the watermark doesn’t appear on the photos, have tried uploading a new watermark, Made sure that the correct watermark is stipulated on the upload page, unticked the user can select watermark box, file but still no watermark.
    Also increased transparency to 50%, using a png file which did work fine for 3 months, any suggestions

    I tried it but can not reproduce.

    Please tell me how you de the upload: frontend, backend, logged in or not and what are the upload related settings in Table VII and watermark related settings in Table IX-D

    the correct watermark is stipulated on the upload page

    Please be aware that this refers to your personal setting only.

    The systems default settings in Table IX-D are the settins that will be used for non-admin users when the user can select box is unchecked.

    Yes I have checked both these setting, the correct watermark is showing on the upload page and also unchecked “user can set watermark” We only upload photos from the backend when logged into wordpress. We dont allow any upload from front end.
    We are uploading more photos today so will see if it has fixed.

    Nope still no watermark. I have also tried manually setting watermark under edit Album on one photo but that didn’t work.
    Created new watermark file and uploaded it and set it to default watermark, uploaded one photo with new watermark but still no good. We have recently changed our theme to Customizr perhaps that has caused a problem, I will check their support also.

    What happens when you use a factory supplied watermark like specimen-big.png on position center – center and with opacity 30 ?

    What else did you change?

    Did you update wppa+?

    What is your php version? Was it updated?
    You find your php version at the top of the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page.

    Can you supply me a link to the site? And pls check Table IX-A3.

    WPPA+ is “Current PHP version: 5.3.18.”
    Have ticked IX A3

    I tested it on your site and it works.
    The watermarks do not show up on thumbnails, as designed.
    Your text watermark is very small.
