I have noticed that sometimes when applying the watermark to galleries with vertically-oriented images, the gallery will auto-rotate the image. Is there a way to prevent this? Link provided shows how they are being rotated prior to the watermark being added, so I can’t just rotate them back or the logo will have the wrong orientation.

Other galleries work just fine when adding the watermark, and the vertical-oriented image fills the entire thumbnail (without gray space on the side like the first example). I don’t know why the auto-rotate happens to some galleries and not others.

    Hi,

Could you please navigate to Global Settings > General > Generated thumbnail dimensions
and check the dimensions which are set up for the thumbnails?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

The Generated Thumbnail dimensions are set to 500×500 px.

Is that it then? Still not working. It is also warping vertically oriented images in the preview thumbnail.
