    I paid quite a lot of money for a lifetime license, trusting I could try it out for 14 days and get a refund in case it was not working well for me.
    Their policy says “we’ll be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. No Questions Asked!”
    Sure enough, I was not super happy and requested a refund within the 14 days after purchase in unmistakable terms.
    Refund was never issued. All I received were messages with a million questions, why I did not like what I bought.
