    I saw that this plugin had good reviews and just a single 1-star review, so I figured I would give it a shot. I am a non-developer, and using the GUI for this plugin, I was able to immediately configure the entire look of the form to perfectly match my website.

    Amazingly easy, works flawlessly, and very smooth AJAX action. If you cannot figure out how to change the included templates to match your website, well, you should step away from the computer now…
