wasted money into pro version

a lot of trouble and not able to activate because of ioncube trouble.
ioncube works fine, installed and tested with loader-wizard.
Switched to woothemes csv-import-suite and this works great.
poor support (always same answers and instructions, not really productive) and no money back warranty.
