Waste of time and energy

  • Something as simple as an FAQ plugin that is basically non functional in it’s free version. You might as well just create a WP page with your FAQ written on it rather than bother with this rubbish. They offer you a $12 discount and then the single licence is only $47… Don’t waste your time installing it

    I’m sorry to hear you feel this way! I certainly don’t agree that the free version is “basically non functional.”

    The Free version is very functional, the differences between the Free and Pro version are the ability to have a Search Feature, a Question submission form, and a Javascript Animation that allows you to collapse a long list of FAQs. Well, that and direct customer support. Perhaps we should be even more clear about this?
