Waste of time…

  • Spent 3 hours trying to get this to work, no events displaying on the back end, no events displaying on the front end, shortcodes don’t work, all the support chats that were trying to solve it are all closed by devs, with no solution ever found.

    I’m currently trying to locate an associated ticket or chat logs using the company name, email (from your website), and user “eruptmedia,” but I haven’t been able to find one. Could you share the ticket ID with me here? I’d be happy to assist further there, as that involves the premium plugin, which I can’t address in this forum.
