Have you tried asking for help on the support forum before posting a review about our plugin? We try to help everyone with answers very quickly.
I want to see what might have gone wrong. Could you send me a screenshot of the Help Center tab in the plugin’s settings. I will check it because in this tab I have an information on how to solve the problem.
I will be very grateful if you don’t want to start the conversation with adding a 1 star rating. I assume that by adding this opinion you would like to draw attention to a problem – right? It would be much better if you first reported the problem on the support forum. If you don’t get help or fail to help, then you could rate the plugin.
What do you think, would that be very fair? This also affects the development of the plugin, because I can investigate the matter thoroughly and find the source of the problem.
