waste of time

  • the plugin doesn’t work. Claims to be able to grab any feed. It only displays an error message.

    Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings.

    Get items from the Public Feed failed. Malformed data structure.

    There are NO settings,.. only a place for the username…

    these guys obviously do not know how to build a plugin. Don’t waste your time

    I’m really sorry to hear that you’re having issues with our plugin.

    You can find the settings page in the “Settings > Instagram Widget” page.

    There are 3 methods currently available in the plugin to connect/display your Instagram account.

    Can you tell us what is your Instagram username? Maybe it’s a private account, and that’s why the public feed method doesn’t work?

    We’d be more than glad to help you to fix this issue, but preferable if you could open a new Support thread instead, not by leaving 1-star reviews, without giving us a chance to help you.
