Waste of time

  • I wanted to replace old plugin Add Meta Tags that has been abandoned 5 years ago, so I decided to try Head Meta Data. This plugin is a joke, it just adds few meta tags across the entire site, doesn’t include title or description tags, doesn’t generate metadata for Facebook or Twitter, and, most importantly, doesn’t allow specifying metadata per post/page. Don’t waste your time on this one.

    It’s all relative. Obviously the plugin is neither a “joke” nor “waste of time” for 10,000+ happy users. Remember, not everyone wants or needs the same features as you.

    I do like your idea though, and will add more features in future updates. Unlike other/similar plugins, Head Meta Data is updated regularly and works great.
