There appears to be no way to affect sending the contact form submissions to any specific admin with the free “out of the box” plugin. We have tried changing the “To” field, along with your “troubleshooting” options and numerous other common issues with extremely popular forms such as Contact Form 7, and other…. To no avail. If the only way to fix this is by paying for your plugin, you should state this on the plugin page prior to someone mentioning it in a review.

@flotsam2000, in the top of your screenshots in the builder is a tab labelled “Emails and Actions.” When you go there, you will find your email actions. Click to edit them, and you will see the exact screen in the screenshots you posted from our documentation.

Sending emails is absolutely included in Ninja Forms core, there is no extra purchase required.

This plugin basically never worked for us. Use Contact Form 7. We went back to it and it works great…
