wassup shows only the host IP address

wassup plugin shows only the host IP address.
the plugin is not displaying the IP addresses of those entering the site anymore ??
i heard it could be due a proxy configuration..i am running Apache and Nginx plugin for WHM …
anyone could help me to get the ip address of the visitors to display stead of the host ip address ?
