• I have a few complaints:

    1. I downloaded and activated the plugin specifically to help me search for uses of a shortcode from a plugin I was no longer using. When I go to Pages and searched for the shortcode, it was returning 1 result. However, searching for the same term using this plugin (as a dry run) it wasn’t returning any results.

    2. After not getting any results, I decided to remove the plugin. Deactivated and Deleted the plugin. I then went to phpMyAdmin to run a search there. Searching for the same term phpMyAdmin returned the same result searching Pages did, but also 2 values in wp_options table. One is a transient titled _transient_bsr_search_results the other an option with the key bsr_data with the autoload attribute set to “True”. While not a huge deal, there items are both remnants left behind after removing the plugin, and with the autoload value set to true, this key will get loaded everytime WordPress loads options.

I reinstalled the plugin to check the plugin settings to see if there was an option for cleaning up data upon removal, and couldn’t find anything.

This is disappointing, I’m a huge fan of Delicious Brains, especially their Migrate DB Pro plugin, but was disappointed with the results I had here.
