was working perfectly, but has stopped :/

hi, it was working perfectly for a week or so, but now i don’t get any likes or shares, for example, i click on fb share button but it doesn’t count and still shows 0.. i don’t know what to do, i deactivated and activated it again, but no effect.. i wonder if i delete it and then install it back, will all the likes and shares i have on my previous post, disappear??
