was valid but I broke it…with a poll

  • not a wooden poll either!
    Newbie (me) needs a little help to get his wp blog validating.
    Since installing a poll I’ve mucked something up.
    6 errors..
    I’m sure it’s very minor but I’m a dumbass so thought someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.
    I’ve tried but now I’m lost…..help (please) ??
