    Site reported the following severity issue:

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/post-grid/includes/menu/import-layouts.php

    Is this something to be concerned about?

    We have checked the plugin file, it should fine, not sure what you mean by “Modified plugin file” which version you are using currently?
