• We bought this about 2 years ago and within a month, they told us there was no longer going to be any support. I’m fine with that, but they should shut down the website and stop selling it to people.

    I am the Support Manager for this plugin and I can tell you that you are 100% incorrect. We have never ever stated anywhere that we won’t support this plugin. We do provide support via our premium support forums which are accessed via the plugin. We provide support every single day for this plugin and will continue to do so.

    There was an email that went out awhile ago that differs from what you’re saying. Shortly after the email, the plugin has gone wonky and I can no longer access the settings (on all sites that I purchased the plugin for) and the screen is all white, the plugin hasn’t been updated in at least a year, and when I log on to the support site, most of the posts are from at least over a year ago.

    @tiffany – Where on the support site are you looking? There are loads of recent posts?! I use the plugin on two sites and experience no such white screen using V 3.9.1 and V3.8.2 of WP.
